No, All builders must contact the Architectural Committee and have all plans approved prior to building by logging into the member portal and submitting a request.

phone app, to report the light pole that needs repaired.

Dues are currently $319 per year and help pay for things like mowing and landscaping, maintenance, watering, and park up keep.

 HOA dues are due each year on or before March 1st.

• 1st infraction - written warning giving the residents so many days to correct
• 2nd infraction - $25 fine posted to their account payable within 30 days and action corrected
• 3rd infraction - $50 fine posted to their account payable within 30 days and action corrected
• 4th and each subsequent infraction - $100 fine posted to their account payable within 30 days and action corrected

For any reason the resident's account reaches $500 in fines and fees from infractions, the HOA will move forward with putting a lien against the property.
