Our History
On April 22nd, 1889 the land that is now home to the Settlers Ridge residents was staked in the famous "Land Run of 1889". Over the years the land was worked and planted with various crops supporting the local community. Fast-forward to 2007, a visionary group of committed home builders came together to establish this neighborhood with a singular goal: to craft a beautiful, secure and inviting haven for families. Over the years, the neighborhood has flourished, evolving to encompass 320 homes, and remains a flourishing testament to our close-knit bonds and enduring spirit of togetherness.
